Shipping

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide us. Ground shipments usually arrive in 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If box is crushed, wet, or severly damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us allowing us to file a claim. This allows us to ship your replacement item within 24 hrs.

Warranty

Throw Pillow Source offers our customers a 30-day (30 days from the original invoice date) satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases. However, the Basic 30 Day Warranty policy applies only if the Product Return Procedure set forth in the RETURN POLICY tab of this product’s specification listings is followed. If the customer does not follow Throw Pillow Source stated Return Policy, it will result in the loss of the Basic 30 Day Warranty benefit. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.
